CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY I value your time as much as I value mine. These policies are in place to protect both your appointment and my schedule. I understand that life happens, and fees may be waived at my discretion. 💳 PAYMENTS & REFUNDS - All completed services are strictly non-refundable. - Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of illness, injury, severe weather, or true emergencies, at my discretion. - No refunds will be issued outside of these exceptions. 📅 CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total. - Cancellation fees may be applied toward a future appointment if you rebook within 2 weeks, limited to one use per client. 🚫 NO-SHOWS - No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. - No-show fees may be applied toward a future appointment if you rebook within 2 weeks, limited to one use per client. ⏰ 15-MINUTE LATE POLICY - A 15-minute grace period is provided. - Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled due to the limited time available to complete your service. - If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, the 25% late-cancellation fee will apply. - At my discretion, I may instead reschedule your appointment and apply your original deposit toward your next appointment. 🤍 EXCEPTIONS Fees may be waived at my discretion in cases of illness, injury, severe weather, or true emergencies.
