CANCELLATION POLICY

I value your time as much as I value mine, so this policy is in place to protect both client and appointment times. I understand life happens, and in those cases fees may be waived at my discretion. All completed services are strictly non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable except in the case of illness, severe weather, or true emergencies at my discretion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. No-show and cancellation fees may be applied toward a future appointment if rebooked within 2 weeks, limited to one use per client. Fees may be waived in the case of illness, emergencies, or severe weather at my discretion.
